Do you ship to my location?

Yes, we ship to the entire national and international territory. If you live outside our coverage area, please contact our customer service for additional options.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary between €2.5 and €5. These will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, and you will be able to see the cost before confirming your order. In addition, we offer free shipping for purchases over €30.

What should I do if there is a problem with shipping?

What are the shipping methods available?

We work with the main courier companies. Available shipping methods are: Standard Shipping:

International Shipping: Delivery time of approximately 1 month, depending on your location.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders: We process orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
International orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination, but is normally between 1 month.
